If the ignition idea is added, an unoccupied but running car can act as a generator (but will not recharge other electric cars).
#GAS MASK AND TRENCH COAT PORTABLE#
Electric cars: Further distance than a normal car, but can only recharge when in the vicinity of a generator or a portable solar charger, quieter than standard vehicles, more storage than most vehicles, less armor slots than a big truck or van, less common than standard vehicles, but not as rare as the APC was in 2.0. Has room for a "passenger" that can also provide extra speed or take over propulsion. Run at ~15 mph and wouldn't use stamina normally, but by holding shift you could use stamina (using the sprinting mechanics) and reach ~25 mph. Offer reliable travel without worrying about needing fuel or having them explode. Sawed-off shotgun: Crafting a shotgun with a saw makes a shorter, less accurate shotgun with increased damage and recoil. Shotgun barrel modification slot: Accepts very rare shotgun suppressor or different chokes to give better accuracy. The override isn't really that important, though, since I have seen actual guns with both forward grips and bipods for extra control. This does leave the issue of having a grip as well as the bipod, but maybe the bipod's effect only works when prone and overrides the grip's effect. Maybe change the bipod to a Tactical instead of a grip? The tac-light and tac-las have the ability to turn on and off, why not have the bipod be deployable in the same way? The bipod's current position on guns looks odd to me, and having it further forward would look more appropriate. Lighter fluid: Used to refuel lighters and lanterns Zippy Lighter: Refillable lighter that may be used as a light source or as a tool for lighting objects Lanterns: Portable re-lightable light source that gives off a sphere of light (instead of a cone as a flashlight does) Monkey wrench: Used for repairing damaged player-built (metal only?) structures. Pliers (with built-in wire cutters): Used for advanced crafting with bolts and making barbed wire. Crafting a blowtorch (as a tool) and an empty can with raw food will cook the raw food, and use up some of the blowtorch's durability (acting as a portable -but expensive- campfire). Beekeeper outfit: Stops "Swarm" debuff (talked about under Food category). SCUBA/Rebreather: Allows for greatly extended air time underwater. Pith helmets (Safari helmets): Damage resistance. Combination wristwatch/compass: Check time and direction with a key press, similar to weapon attachment menu. Alternate ammunitions: Revolvers can use. Messenger bags (Various colors): Extra storage. Drinks stored in the pack's slots would be automatically be used when thirst reaches a certain level.

Pickelhaube (Spiked helmet): Small damage resistance. EDIT: We'll see what happens with these : ) Gives protection in hazardous areas (i.e. Decreases infection rate from melee hits from zombies. Gas masks (3 Versions: Civilian, Ranger, Military): Decreases infection rate from food or drink items (~15% or 20%). More bandana styles (Plain, Flags, Patterns, Skull design): Cosmetic. Epaulets (Gold, Silver): Use mask slot. Christmas sweaters (Tree, Reindeer, etc.): Cosmetic Goggles (motorcycle, safety, welding, skiing, etc.): Cosmetic. Gives 20% infection resistance from enemy hits. Unique WWI Trenchcoat: Gives both increased storage and damage reduction over the base trenchcoat, but not as much as either upgraded coat.
#GAS MASK AND TRENCH COAT UPGRADE#
Upgradeable (+Armor / +Storage slots) (Only 1 upgrade can be added). Trenchcoats (Tan/khaki, Black, Olive drab ): Vest slot. Trenchcoats that give extra storage slots and come in different colors (main colors of black, tan, and military olive drab), but slow you down when running.

They would take up the mask slot (and maybe the eyes as well?), and provide 10-20% passive resistance to infection. I gave it some thought, and maybe the solution would be a gas mask:Ĭivilian, Ranger and Military grades Painter's Respirator, Russian GP5, and the M40, respectively. So earlier I was thinking about the infection meter and how nice it would be if there were an item that would reduce the amount of infection taken.
